WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I stayed at this unit for under 3 weeks in May and paid $2,300 for one of the most stressful housing experiences Ive ever had. The unit was dirty on arrivaldust, grime, dirty appliancesdespite a $150 cleaning fee (yes, I have pics!). When I brought it up, the host dismissed my concerns and said cleaners in Austin were too expensive. The space is outdated, overpriced, and on a loud, busy streetone of my packages was stolen. The host sent emotionally charged messages when I asked to leave early, calling me unstable and difficult. She acted like breaking the lease was a favor and spoke down to me, saying things like read a lease and learn what a contract is, though Ive rented for 10+ years and never had an issue. I left the unit spotless and didnt ask for money backI just wanted out. Shell likely try to dismiss this review like she did my concerns, but I hope this helps someone else avoid the same experience.

nestled away in south austin

This property was a great find! So convenient and with all the necessities and comforts of home but with the ease of stepping out your door to find a five minute walk to restaurants, coffee, stores, and so much more. I would stay much longer but am being relocated for work again. Overall, this is the perfect little rental for a person or two that's on the go. In-unit Washer and Dryer work well, the bed is comfortable; the unit has a cute little covered patio and the complex a lot of green space and a if you like to walk or sit outside. Overall between location and amenities it's a win-win apartment.

minimalist retreat

I have stayed at this property twice while traveling on business. The bed is comfortable and everything works in the kitchen and bathroom. The patio is a really nice place to sit for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I like that there is just enough furniture to be comfortable, with plenty of room left for my stuff without creating clutter. And the real artwork on the walls is next level! The owner is helpful, available, and accommodating. I recommend.
