Come enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer from The Cargo District on Castle Street. This sweet, little 100 year old cottage is within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. Were less than five minute drive to downtown or 20 minutes to the beach. We are very close to the hospital, UNCW, and Leland. We have taken special care to make sure that the house is equipped with everything you might need
Space
This is a two bedroom, two bath house with a front porch (and porch swing included!!) and screened in back porch. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, free street parking.
We have an eclectic style & believe in using what we have until it needs to be replaced, which is why our dishes may not match, the bottom of the bathtubs are a little scratched up and our funky furniture is what we have found over the years on our man...
