clean and cozy
I stayed in one these cottages for 7 weeks in the winter. It was perfect for my needs during a moderate length stay. The place was cozy and Jason was very responsive to questions and needs. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in OOB
Jason was very accommodating and attentive. He took time to meet us and understand why we wanted to stay. We came off season and snow created some parking issues. He was responsive when we sent texts and solved the problems we ran into. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect Cottage
The cottages of Odessa were perfect for my short term nursing contract extension. Great location near beach, restaurants, unique shops. Owner is very responsive and the home has everything you need, very clean and spacious and W/D in unit were so convenient! Loved the yard it was perfect for traveling with pups, I wish I wouldve been able to stay all summer. Would absolutely go back if Im in the area again!

New beginnings
This cottage was absolutely beautiful and just what my husband and I needed when we came to Maine in January 2025. We traveled to Maine from NC for a new job opportunity as a travel nurse with no knowledge of the area. Jason was so helpful and the cottage was perfect for what our little family needed to enjoy the beauty of the beach and be located within an area that was convenient for commuting from work to home while enjoying the area. I would annually stay here not only for the convenient location but also for the hospitality and outstanding management. Definitely a hidden gem that I am thankful I had the opportunity to experience.
