The guest house has everything that you could possibly need. Mike and Melody are very gracious hosts. We have enjoyed our stay very much! Couldn't be more highly recommended.

Hidden Gem with amazing hosts

Though our stay was brief, my wife, our dog Leo, and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. The views of trees and the lake were just beautiful, and each morning/evening we were treated to a family of deer passing through, which we will always cherish and remember. The guesthouse was quiet, serene, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mike and Melody are fantastic hosts: friendly, outgoing, and genuinely accommodating. Whether you're in the area for a short-term job, transitioning between homes, or just need a comfortable place to land, I'd highly recommend booking with them. They go out of their way to make sure guests feel taken care of.

Amazing Lakeside Villa

Are you looking for a relaxing getaway that is still near the city? Then this is the place for you! My stay here has been absolutely amazing, from the location, the beauty of the location, and the amazing owners. The location is very quiet, which has been perfect as a student. There is plenty of space, and a garage leaving little to want. Walking alongside the lake and spending my evenings reading on the gazebo quickly became my favorite ways to wind down the night. This location is so beautiful that you are sure to have a great time!

A wonderful stay at a premier property!

I've had a wonderful stay at this amazing, cozy loft-style above garage rental unit! The property has a beautiful view overlooking Lake Lewisville from the bedroom window - waking up to that every day is a highlight, not to mention the beautiful sunsets in the evening! The property is quiet and peaceful, and the landlords (husband & wife) are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are gorgeous, with beautiful landscaping, a fishing pond and deer can be seen all through the property, early morning and evening. The rental is clean, beautifully decorated and fully furnished, Very close access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Traffic has never been a concern making it easy to get around. I've felt very safe on the gated property with the garage parking being a huge plus! I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress free, relaxing and peaceful place to stay! I will forever have fond memories at this truly special property! Patty
