A very welcoming home thats in a nice and comfortable neighborhood. Jules is a kind person who is always on the go but will make time for any of your needs. The bedroom of the two is smaller but plenty of space for a 6ft talk guy like myself. Thoroughly it was a pleasure to stay here.

Excellent Long-Term Stay

I had a great stay at this room for rent. The pricing was very reasonable, and Jules, the owner, was quick to accommodate any requests. Her home is beautiful and the environment was peaceful, with no issues during my stay. She was incredibly generous with sharing the common areas of her home, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Over time, she’s even become a good friend. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone in need of a room.

Home away from home

This home is amazing. It is very close to area hospitals. The drive is easy. The home is comfortable and quiet. Jules is a great landlord. I felt comfortable here like it was my own home. Even with other tenants living here, I had my privacy. The back yard is a dream. I was sad to leave. I would definitely go back. I also made a lifelong friend with Jules.

What a gem!

Jules was a great host who felt more like a roommate I'd already had for years. She was immediately super concerned with making sure I was comfortable and able to rest well during the days as I was working night shift. But there was never a cause for concern as the room was cozy and quiet from the beginning. The second bathroom right near the room also adds a nice bit of privacy. As an added bonus, Jules has a great eye and the house is truly pretty groovy. Would recommend for short or long stays anytime!

Staying at Jules' home was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, she made everything so comfortable, ensuring that I felt at home right away. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which made my stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was spending time with her adorable bunny, Rusty! He added such a special touch to the experience, making it feel even more like home. Jules was an incredibly hospitable and accommodating host-always attentive to my needs and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated her warmth and kindness throughout my stay. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming place with a fantastic host (and an adorable bunny), I highly recommend staying with Jules!
