Perfect location in Fresno! Its close to the park, great bars and restaurants, downtown, and Community Regional Medical Center, making it an excellent choice for travel nurses. I had a car, but I rarely needed it because I could walk almost everywhere. Street parking was always convenient, and the property has both a front and backyard that are fully fenced, which is great if youre traveling with small pets. The home is clean, comfortable, affordable, and in a great location, so you can save money while youre working. I highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a place in Fresno.

Quaint Downtown Fresno Studio

I am a traveling occupational therapist. My husband and I lived here for 5 months and absolutely loved it! Comfortable bed, beautiful shower, great neighbors, within walking distance to excellent restaurants, quick access to all highways and a very friendly landlord. We can't wait to come back!

Great place with everything you need!

I need a place to stay for a couple months and Nathan's studio was the perfect place for me because it is super close to the hospital. In addition, I appreciated that the place was fully stocked with all the appliances/supplies you need. Nathan was very nice and would check in me with every now and then. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and if I ever need a place to stay in Fresno again, I would definitely book this place again.
