Fantastic apartment and amazing landy lady

I lived here for 5 months. The apartment is fantastic, clean, excellent condition, well appointed and has very nice touches that make it feel like home. Parking is easy, it's easily walkable to the middle of portland... and Sierra, the lady last, is fantastic; incredibly kind and very responsive. She handled the challenges of a heavy winter with snow removal and such proactively and professionally . Only regret I had was that I couldn't stay there longer!! Rent from her ... she'll do you right for sure!

Convenient and Cozy

A wonderful option for anyone working at Maine Med! It's less than a 10 minute walk to the hospital and just a bit further if you're going downtown. The owner was always prompt in responding to any questions and willing to help. The off street parking was really great and the unit gets a ton of natural light. The only thing to mention is the bathroom is quite small. We did not have any issues (2 people) during our stay but if you need space to manuever around the toilet or shower, it might not work for you. Otherwise, a spacious two bedroom that offers easy access to Portland!

Home Away From Home!

This furnished rental was a true blessing during a difficult time while my son was at Maine Medical Center. The proximity to the hospital made it incredibly convenient for going back and forth, which was essential during long days of hospital visits. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and wonderfully cozy, providing a much-needed sanctuary where I could truly rest and recharge. It truly felt like a home away from home, which meant everything during this challenging period. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great dining options. A highlight was Tandem's breakfast sandwiches, which became my son's favorite, and their malted iced coffees were a lifesaver during long days. The host went above and beyond, being exceptionally responsive and understanding of our situation. Their attentiveness helped make a stressful time much more manageable. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a comfortable, convenient place to stay while dealing with medical visits at Maine Medical Center, or just exploring the area. The combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent host communication made this stay exactly what we needed.

Clean and close to downtown

Clean and well stocked. Plenty of space. Bathroom looked brand new with a deep tub. Easy to get downtown and there is a fun brewery around the block.
