Great Place

I stayed in Unit 1 after moving to Cleveland from Minnesota while I was looking to find a long-term non-furnished apartment. This place was perfect for a long-term stay. All amenities you would need for at least a month stay are provided: pans, coffee, towels, laundry detergent, etc. Brooke was an awesome host. She promptly returned any texts or issues I had. The location is perhaps the best part. Less than a 10 min drive to downtown, easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars, and safe. I would often walk a mile to the Tremont gym on weekends. Also, there is plenty of free street parking. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, great landlord!

I had a fantastic experience renting from Brooke. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. What really stood out was her clear communication and professionalism, which made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. This unit is in a fantastic location with lots to do within walking distance. I loved Ohio City!
