The property is in a great location and has all that one would need to stay for a short period, however the property was not cleaned properly and the area can be a bit questionable in terms of safety. There was pet hair through out the unit. Upon my arrival the floor was visibly dirty with stains and the couch was covered in animal hair and lent. The owner sent out someone to clean the floor and couch, but even after this large amounts of animal hair would turn up suddenly. Maybe from vents. I'm not sure. I didn't not have a pet here with me. Almost everything was dusty. Also, my car broken into my first week here while parked in the assigned parking. I decided this property was not suitable for me. The owner did offer me to park in the garage for free until he was able to find a new tenant to take over the lease.
