AMAZING LANDLORD AND PROPERTY

Calvin is the best host I've had to date on furnished finder. Arriving at the property it was decorated very beautifully and the amenities provided are amazing! Moving from another state, I didn't have to buy anything as Calvin provided everything for us! Only thing I needed to bring was clothes and a tooth brush as Calvin gave me everything including furniture, bedding, most of the bathroom essentials. He also replaces all toilet papers and paper towels, and laundry detergents for us! He's an amazing host and there's no doubt he will stay that way. Amazing club house community too with a pool and a gym, the rent price for everything that is offered is a steal, honestly! This property is located in a great community of friendly neighbors with many food truck events going on every week. It's a great suburban area that has some nice plaza's and an AMC all within a 10 minute drive!

A Great Place with an Even Better Host

Calvin is genuinely one of the nicest, most thoughtful people I've come across. The place has a real personality! Great decorations, cool furniture, and everything is kept super clean and organized. He provides everything you could need from the start: comfortable bed, sheets, blankets, pillows, detergent, and a bunch of other household stuff. Walking in actually feels good, like the space has been put together with care. The price is also really fair and affordable, especially for everything that's included. What really stood out was how much he looks out for his roommates. Since I was new to Colorado and didn't have a car, he offered to drive me around for groceries and shopping without hesitation. We've had dinners together, he makes coffee, shares things around the house. Our schedules lined up perfectly too, which made the day to day really easy. He's flexible, understanding, and honestly feels more like a friend than a landlord. I'd recommend this place to absolutely anyone.
