I have fixed this area up to be a comfortable nook with character! I have stayed down there myself and enjoyed the quiet & cozy feel. The washer/ dryer is located here, so would need to work out a schedule suitable to you for my access, once a week would be adequate

This space is a fully functioning basement studio, with a warm and cozy feel! The microwave even has a bake function, I do supply a hot plate for additional cooking options. The shelves, drawers and cabinets provide lots of storage. The studio door can be locked from the main home on both sides. You have a private entrance through the patio.

Peaceful Retreat in Excellent Location
This apartment was clean and peaceful while being conveniently close to I-485 & Ballantyne Village. From the sliding door, I often seen deer, and watched squirrels & birds from the patio. One deer in particular likes to pass through between 7 & 8 pm. Meecy is an excellent hostess making sure I had everything I needed while giving me total privacy, but she is also friendly and a good conversationalist. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I loved my time here. Thank you so much, Meecy!!
