Fantastic Experience

Gretchen and Kevin are wonderful people that make living in Lousiville a treat. They were quick to respond to our texts, kept up with maintenance, and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed to make the most of our time in the city. I'd recommend this property, along with any other property they own to anyone looking to stay in Louisville.

Couldnt have been better

I stayed here over the summer for a temporary job with roommates, and this place fit perfectly in our budget while also looking very nice. My roommates and I immediately loved it. Gretchen starts you out with the essentials, which lasted almost our entire stay. She was helpful with recommendations for things to do in Louisville and always quick to respond. Kevin, Gretchens husband, handled the day-to-day maintenance. When our AC went out, he came and fixed it the very next day. He even put in a grill for us along with an umbrella and chairs, without us even asking. He takes care of the trash and has an Amazon Dropbox set up for deliveries. Both Gretchen and Kevin are wonderful people, and they offer a great place to stay.

Exceptional Stay!

This place was awesome! When we arrived to Louisville we were in a bind to find a place to stay quick, and Gretchen went above and beyond to help us. She's very personable and easy to get in contact with. The apartment was a great location for where we were contracted to work and had plenty of space for the 3 of us to stay without feeling like we were on top of each other. The off street parking was a huge plus too! Anything we needed Gretchen and Kevin were on top of it quickly and without question. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!
