Highly recommend

I stayed for a month for a work trip and it was great. Pedro was very responsive whenever we needed anything and was always willing to help. The unit is well equipped with appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt safe.

5 Star Stay in Chula Vista

I stayed at this unit for 5 weeks while working at a local Urgent Care and it was great! The check in process was simple and the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable and I had guests stay with me on the pull out couch multiple times. The mini kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need for a short-term stay including a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Pedro was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay and was very easy to work with. I greatly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in the driveway, but there is tons of street parking available in this neighborhood and right outside the house. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this air bnb and I would stay here again when I am in the area.
