My stay here was perfect and Cat is a great host!! The place is so clean and modern with everything you could want. The closet is huge, full kitchen with a dish washer and a in-unit washer/dryer!! Its decorated thoughtfully and makes your stay feel cozy. The location is close to the public transportation and you have a parking spot too. Cat was easy to work with and even let me borrow some things when I need them during my stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Rental

I feel so lucky to have found this rental during my time in Seattle! The property is spacious, clean, and has so much natural lighting. I also really enjoyed the aesthetic of all of the decor and furniture. The closet is HUGE which was essential for me. The kitchen is also fully stocked with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher - rare find!) Cat was wonderful to work with, very communicative and helpful. The property is in a great location with around an 8 minute walk to the Link Line transit system for easy access to other parts of Seattle. I found the entire neighborhood to be really walkable, safe, and friendly. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here for a few months! Highly recommend.
