Excellent location - and hosts!

We had the pleasure of renting this wonderful home from Ian from August to December 2025. There's a lot to love about this place: - The location just cannot be beat. It's literally steps from the Ballard Locks, and there are any number of excellent cafes and restaurants within walking distance. - The home itself is well-appointed and can comfortably house three people. Be prepared to climb stairs, however, because it is a townhome. There's good parking for one large car in the back. - The neighbors are all kind and decent people, and we never had any problems with them. It was an absolute pleasure to rent from Ian. He was very communicative and responded quickly to any issues that arose. - For example, there was some unexpected construction outside the property, and Ian was more than accommodating and kept us in the loop on the city's plans. - A few minor problems were addressed really quickly from beginning to end. I highly recommend renting this place.
