5+ Star Stay
Couldn't have asked for a better place during our short stay in Madison. Located in a safe part of the city. Close walk to grocery store, bars/restaurants, park/lake, the Capitol, coffee shops & so much more. Plus, it's only a 15min drive to UW Madison hospital. It snowed 11" while we were here & the condo company had the back parking area & sidewalks cleared promptly. Close to the main streets, so those were always cleared as well. Sarah was very friendly and provided excellent communication with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here, you won't regret it!
Excellent Summer Stay
We had an excellent stay at this spot. Very clean, cute and comfortable furnishings, and great location. The kitchen had all the plates, cups, and cooking utensils we needed. The neighbors were quiet, and we loved being so close to James Madison Park and the Capitol. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Sarah was an attentive and responsive landlord/host. The only con? We had two cars, so one of us had to get a city parking permit and park on the street -- and move on Thursday and Friday mornings. It was occasionally tricky to find a spot.
