Thankfully, Jacob & his team were attentive, professional & respectfully met my requests. Basic amenities, private bathrooms, & tidy common areas were a nice attraction. I loved my time and remained a full year. Sometimes, it appeared no one was home, when in fact 3 of us would be lounging in our rooms or half of us would be working off shift. This speaks volumes of its quiet ambience. Plenty of street parking, limited onsite driveway parking (5), trails, restaurants clustered along Dixwell and Whitney, state beaches 30min away, NYC under 90min, a nearby budget airport that functions twice a week, & Bradley International Airport 40 min away. Bryden Terrace is an ideal location, proximal to the highway & New Haven Hospital, and far enough to avoid collegiate crowds. I'd 'short-term' lease here again if I were to return! I had a WONDERFUL time, the ladies were amazing and I'll miss our family dinners, decompressing after work, and negotiating nursing contracts. Have a great day

Very clean and quiet environment. Roommates are nice and very respectful! Would def recommend and stay there again :)

Great Property
Great property for travel nurses with its own bathroom and big kitchen. It's about 12 minutes from Yale Hospital and the traffic isn't bad at all getting to and from work. The landlord is very responsive with any needs that popped up. I would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet, calm place to stay
This is a great location for a traveler to stay! Not far from the colleges or hospitals. Good amenities in the surrounding area. Traffic isnt too bad depending on the time of day and where youre coming from. My only disappointment was lack of storage within the room. The amenities within the house were great and other housemates were nice and helpful. Landlord was responsive to any needs or concerns that needed to be addressed. Overall it was a great place to stay during my time there.
