Great Place and Amazing Landlord

The Landlord is very kind and helpful at all times, she doesnt bother you at all and shes very great at communicating with you. She would always ask if you are ok and if the place is ok for you as well whenever we saw eachother in person. Which I appreciate a lot. The place was very clean and comforting upon arrival, has everything you could possibly need. From Laundry, internet to an Air Fryer. The place was pretty quiet and very safe, especially the neighborhood. Theres always parking at the front (street parking) no matter what time you arrived. Mainly because a lot of people use their own garage/driveway.

Be aware of this property! Do not recommend

I strongly advise against sending any money before seeing this property in person. Upon arrival, the unit was not as advertisedunclean, strong dog odor, trash in the bathroom, and evidence someone had just been staying there. The listed kitchenette was not actually available. The space was not livable, forcing me to secure alternative housing the next day at additional cost. There was no lease agreement. Despite the property not being delivered as advertised, the owner, Ann, insisted I pay a full months rent even though I only stayed one night due to late arrival and lack of immediate options. I offered to pay for the night plus an inconvenience fee (25% of the month), but she refused a fair refund and has not returned any funds. As a 3-year travel professional, this is the worst rental experience Ive had. Do not rely on the listing photosthey do not reflect the actual condition. Protect yourself: view the property first and secure a proper lease.

Home away from Home

I've stayed here over the course of several contracts with a local Hospital. Ann was great to communicate and live with. The area felt safe, there is a Walmart literally just down the road with plenty of eating places off Hampden. I traveled with my dog who loved the backyard and making friends with her 2 fur babies. For the size of the space, the neighborhood, being close to I-25, the accommodations and the great communication with Ann, there's not a better deal in South Denver.

Wonderful stay

This basement apartment was perfect and had everything I needed as a traveling healthcare worker. It is a quiet environment and worked great for me as a nightshift worker. Traveling as a female on my own, I felt very safe in the area as well. The owner has two wonderful, well behaved dogs that would greet me when I came home everyday. If I am back in the area, I would definitely rent with her again!
