One Bedroom walkable to Tmobile/P&L

Great Location in KC!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this loft in Kansas City, Missouri, and it was an exceptional experience. The loft's prime location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's vibrant attractions, including the T-Mobile Center and the Power & Light District, both within easy walking distance. The space itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable living area was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bedroom was spacious, with a plush bed that ensured restful nights. The host was attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations that enhanced my stay. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, this loft exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this loft to anyone seeking a stylish and convenient home base in Kansas City. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Spare Yourself

I've been a travel nurse for 3 years now and unfortunately I've experienced the horror stories of booking with a landlord/company who doesn't show the slightest bit of compassion. I arrived from Nashville 1/7 for my assignment to start 1/13. On 1/8 mercy children's cancelled my contract. I immediately let Kristen and cozy inc know of my unfortunate news & asked if I could receive a partial reimbursement as I will no longer stay the entire month. I mentioned there's inclement weather coming to both Nashville and KC and want the snow to pass so I would leave Monday morning. She said that she would need to speak with her team on the reimbursement. Today I checked out and followed up and was told no. I stayed 5 days out of the 31 and out of $1900 for 1 months rent. I wasn't looking for a full refund. At the minimum a prorated fee due to the unforeseen circumstances. Also this Loft has a European split which is awful for KC 0-5 degree weather! Travel Nurses spare yourselves with this one.
