This property is in a great location.
It has a beautiful backyard with a covered patio, fruit trees, BBQ grill and fire pit. I have lovingly created a wonderful green space for everyone to enjoy.
There are 5 monthly rentals total. However 2 at this point have become yearly rentals because the people loved it here so much that they decided to stay :)

This is such an adorable apartment. Its colorful and whimsical. Its compact but doesnt feel like it. Theres also your own private porch that leads to the large shared backyard.

Cozy, Colorful & Fun!
We had the pleasure of staying at the Palms Bungalow for over a month during Mardi Gras season. The location is pretty perfect. The neighborhood is really sweet, beautiful flowers, friendly people. You arent surrounded by hotels and tourists, youre in the heart of a local scene. Delicious coffee shops, bars and food (many, many different options!) within walking distance. You can walk to the French Quarter, but theres also a bus stop just a few blocks away. The perfect location for Mardi Gras parade watching and also if you like parks -Audubon Park is a short walk away. The bungalow itself has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Its the perfect size for 1 or 2 people and is very pet friendly. Drinking coffee outside on the patio as the sun rose felt like a little oasis every morning. Amanda is very kind and responsive and so are the neighbors. This spot made our first time in New Orleans memorable and special. Thank you, Amanda!
