Downtown Charm

Cozy House and Great Location

This was indeed a very charming property and exceedingly comfortable for our 5-month stay. Bismarck ranged from a -55 F wind chill to a 80+ summer temps by the end of my stay, but the heating and cooling system kept my partner and I (plus dog) insulated from all that. Some other highlights: The sun room was a main attraction for me and did not disappoint. I spent many hours reading or working on my laptop in there as scenes from Bismarck drifted by. The basement is expansive and provides plenty of storage space. The yard was nice to have for the dog, and we could attach his lead to a hook next to the back door (the park nearby and neighborhood to the north is also great for dog walking). Being just west of downtown, we had easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The landlords are good people and were very responsive if I had any questions about the property. Very easy to work with and I would rent from them again!
