Walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Silver Lake Library, Los Angeles River Trail, Silver Lake Reservoir with dog park, and other restaurants and shops. The complex has a walk score of 85.
Great location and has everything you need
The unit was very functional, with a well-equipped kitchen, strong AC/heating, and plenty of storage. Wholefoods was a 5 minute walk away and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!
Amazing stay
I can't recommend staying here enough! Having a gated garage and assigned spots was so nice. Unit is super spacious and updated. Neighbors are so sweet as well! Super cute area with whole foods, cafes, pilates, bars, restaurants walking loop and more in walking distance. Silverlake is a perfect place if you are working downtown or in glendale but want more of an out of the city vibe. Would live here forever if i could!!

This lovely unit was my home for a 3 month stay while completing my final medical school rotation and I couldn't be happier with the rental experience. The unit was extremely clean and came with enough every day essentials to last a short stay. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, air fryer, etc that you would need to cook all 3 meals at home. All appliances worked without an issue. In-unit washer and dryer were excellent. The location in Siverlake is amazing. The apartment complex is quiet and I never had an issue with noisy neighbors or package theft. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Only a 10-15min drive to USC Keck and USC Verdugo Hills. Nancy is an extremely gracious and accommodating landlord. The move-in and move-out processes were friendly, quick, and hassle-free. I have nothing but good things to say about the unit and my rental experience. Would recommend to a family member.
