Large single-family two-story home, Bedrooms on second floor. Ample storage space, large common areas, shared kitchen with homeowner who loves to cook. Welcoming atmosphere with very positive past experience. Very clean home and large garden with firepit. large deck.
Space
Large, comfortable home to spread yourself out. Bedroom is exceptionally large and but not the only space you can relax in. I only charge a pet fee if you have a pet of course. Deposit will be returned upon you vacating the space with no damage other than normal wear and tear.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. Mary is an amazing host. She does everything she can to make sure her tenants are taken care of and every need is met. I will definitely contact her about staying again if I am in the Charlotte area

Highly recommended!
We were very happy staying at Mary's house. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, with a beautiful trail and park within walking distance. Mary is a wonderful host-caring, communicative, and always positive. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage and a private bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay with an amazing host!
