Great Experience

I was scheduled to move in on Sat 2/8/25 for a travel nurse contract in a local correction facility. I had paid all fees, deposit and first month rent via Venmo. Unfortunately, my recruiter contacted me on Tuesday, 2/4/25, telling me all contracts were cancelled or rerouted to another facility. I spoke with Luke Stone on the phone immediately after being notified and explained the situation. He was more than gracious and understanding, he refunded ALL of the money within 24 hours. I can't speak to the house itself, as I never made it there, but Mr Stone was exceptionally easy and clear to deal with. I usually travel with my 2 dogs, 100lb GSD/Husky mix and a 20lb chihuahua beagle mix. I love the fact that dog breed or size, wasn't an issue like most FF/VRBO/ Airbnb tend to be. Highly recommend renting this property.
