Great condo!

Wonderful stay in a charming Uptown Dallas condo. The vintage character of the building combined with the updated modern interior made it feel unique, comfortable, and very homey. The location on Cole Avenue was excellent — walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife while still feeling quiet and safe. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything needed for an extended stay. Communication with Jeff was easy and responsive throughout the process. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished place in Uptown Dallas.

The best condo uptown/West Village

I highly recommend renting Mr. Jeffs vintage condo! Great communication, accommodating and attentive. Gated,charming,highly sought after neighborhood surrounded by beautiful condos and townhouses. Literally steps away to Katy Trail, shops,coffee and restaurants in West Village. This area is vibrant, fun, safe and walkable to everything. I loved the free train rides on the M Line to uptown/downtown. The neighbors are all owners of the condos; respectful and friendly. The patio is spacious and very private. Your unit is on the ground level. The neighbors unit is directly above you. You can hear footsteps but no conversations. They are quiet and Im not bothered by it. I had a wonderful experience as a tenant. Look no further, lease this condo and call this your next home! This is a hidden gem! Youre paying for a safe, prime location, very reasonable price point, plenty of living space, and fully furnished!
