Perfect stay

I had a very pleasant stay at this house. The place was clean, well-organized, and everything was arranged efficiently, even with other tenants sharing the space. The area is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the hospital, which made it especially practical for my stay. The house owners were very helpful and responsive whenever needed, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Fraudulent ways to lose money

I stayed here in June 2025. On move-in day, the towel bar was broken and the projector remote was missing. They said the towel bar would be fixed at our convenience, but it was repaired while I was out, which made me uncomfortable as someone entered my room without me present. The bathtub drained slowly, which I initially overlooked, assuming it was normal. Later, $120 was unfairly deducted from my security deposit for a clog I didnt cause. I have short hair and didnt contribute to it, but they wouldnt listen. It felt like they were just finding ways to cut the deposit. I still havent received the remaining amount, even a week after moving out. I strongly recommend using Cleveland Clinic housing or looking elsewhere.
