Beautiful duplex loft-style home filled with light. The home is located near the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, and near public transportation (5-10 minute walk) to the metro orange line, and in a residential area. You will often even see deer at the end of the street! It's a one of a kind experience in DC.

This guesthouse is a beautiful two-story duplex with wonderful lighting. The home is located adjacent to the main home but has completely separate entrances. The bottom floor includes a combined kitchen, living and dining space, and the upstairs has a wonderful space with lovely morning sun.

Kenilworth Gardens is located on the eastern side of Washington DC with easy access to the 295 and by the Maryland border. The home is located in a residential area close to the Lily Ponds with beautiful nature nearby, and conveniently located about an 8 minute walk to the Deanwood metro.

Loved my stay!
I did a lot of research for places to stay for my travel contract as I had never been to DC. I am so glad I came across this property! It's close the the freeway, about a & min walk to the Deanwood Metro station and close to a park and nice walking trail. I ended up extending by 3 m contact to 9 m. I never felt unsafe. The owner and property manager got back to all my requests throughout my stay and addressed them all in and timely manner. The natural sunlight that comes through all the windows upstairs was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will keep this in my places to stay in D.C!
