Modern Townhouse Retreat in Middle of Lafayette

Wonderful Stay--Jessica Set the Bar High!

I had a wonderful stay! The townhouse was exactly as describedvery clean, comfortable, well maintained, and in a quiet, convenient location close to my work. I also loved discovering a fresh farm market just down the street. Jessica was a wonderful host and very responsive. When I had an issue with the kitchen, she responded quickly and took care of it. She even went out of her way to adjust my contract so the third-party rent collection service wouldnt accidentally charge me extra because of my check-in and check-out dates. I really appreciated that! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property, especially for anyone coming to Lafayette for work or a clinical rotation. I'm moving on to my next rental now and can only hope my next host and stay will be as wonderfulJessica certainly set the bar high!

A gem in Lafayette!

The host described the place as cozy. They were right, in the best way. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for nearly 9 months and had an excellent experience. The host clearly thought of everything. Even the small details, which made a big difference. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the listing, if not better. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for remote work. The location is ideal, and close to everything in town. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Housing Transition
