DO NOT RENT THIS UNMAINTAINED NIGHTMARE

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. I stayed here for 3 months and the place was a DISASTER and the landlord is TERRIBLE. Here is the laundry list of issues with the place: - only working shower of 3 was IN THE BASEMENT - garbage disposal inop - broken fridge for 2 months, only fixed bc i threatened putting rent in escrow - washer/dryer not hooked up, took 2 weeks - half the light switches and outlets dont work - water and ice maker never worked - EVERY toilet had issues refilling, had to take the back off every time - water and electricity shut off FOR NON PAYMENT - gas shut off notice - could never use ANY of the closets bc landlord left his stuff in all of them - giant pole in the middle of the garage that doesn't let you open your passenger door - trashcan was FULL of garbage when we got there - Garage door opener didn't work - landlord tried charging us for utilities and internet when they were listed as included The place looks nice in the listing but DO NOT BE FOOLED.
