Loved it!

I had such a great experience renting from Donna and her husband. The cottage was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Donna was also so kind and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, everything was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for somewhere welcoming to stay!

Amazing property and Best landlords ever!

I stayed her for 3 months during my nursing contract. This casita although small felt extremely spacious! Everything you need is included. The casita was designed perfectly down to the smallest detail. I really enjoyed my time here and Donna and Mark were AMAZING! If I had any issues they took care of it immediately. (Very dark on the path to leave in the morning) new lights were on the next morning. This place is a gem and you will love it! I hope it's available again if I have another Precott contract. It's 5 minutes from West campus and 22 minutes from East campus. You won't regret renting it! Thank you Donna and Mark!
