Located in a very nice and safe new neighborhood this property has full privacy, private dedicated access and a full private living space. The landlord is very responsive and helpful if needed but otherwise she gave me complete privacy and rarely if ever saw anybody in my comings and goings. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer was referring to about this property because I never experienced any of those things at any time. I can only describe my stay as private, accommodating, safe and clean. I travel a bit so these things are very important to me while I'm away from home as a travel nurse and it really makes a difference when grinding out a contract. So far in my years traveling this property has been my favorite and is very reasonably priced for what you get. I highly recommend staying here.-Shawn T. RN

Stay at Esther's

Esther's place is a cute and cozy mother-in-law suite. Esther and her sister are very kind, and their family is respectful and keeps to themselves, which made for a pleasant living environment. A few things future renters may want to know: the washer and dryer are located in the main unit rather than within the suite itself. The Wi-Fi was fairly unreliable during my stay, and I also had very limited cellular service in the area with AT&T. Additionally, I did not receive a lease agreement until about a month after moving in. I also experienced some communication issues regarding my move-out date, so I would recommend making sure expectations and timelines are clearly discussed and documented in advance. Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay, and clear communication upfront can help ensure a smooth experience.
