Wonderful Property in Austin

Our family stayed here for a few months while relocating to Austin. The house had every accommodation that we needed which was very helpful since we didn't move with furniture or household items. The owners are extremely friendly and very responsive. The house is very spacious and has cold AC which was a plus in the TX heat. We enjoyed going to the pool daily which is a quick 2 minute walk from the house. Neighborhood walks are really enjoyable and we even made friends with several of the neighbors. The property is about 20 minutes with traffic from downtown Austin. There are a few HEB grocery stores in the area and a ton of food options and nearby parks. The neighborhood is very private and quiet, and about a mile from McKinney Falls which is a beautiful area. We have been extremely happy with our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a longer term rental.

Great house in a great neighborhood

I'm so glad we found this place for our stay in Austin! The house is clean, bright, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We slept great in the super comfy bed. The back patio and yard were perfect for enjoying the spring weather. We enjoyed many walks around the neighborhood and on the nearby trails. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We also had a fun time playing pool and ping pong in the well stocked game room. The owners were very gracious and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town.
