Beautiful Norfolk Studio Apartment - Prime Location Near Hospitals

Fantastic place!

Loved living here for two months! I needed a short-term lease for a summer internship in downtown Norfolk and this studio was perfect. The location is truly fantastic - the gardens in the photo are literally right outside the front window, and it's a block away from the Elizabeth River. I'm an outside jogger and was comfortable jogging in the neighborhood/in the area around the nearby art museum alone at night, never felt unsafe. Apartment looks just like the photos, was well stocked (I basically only had to bring clothes and personal effects) and was overall a nice and comfortable stay. Jestine was communicative and accommodating, very easy to work with on logistics. I would stay here again if I needed another short term lease in Norfolk.

Great stay with great owner

I stayed here for a little over 2 months. I was a student looking for a short term place for my rotations in the area and this was perfect for my needs in a great location. Everything is included in the rent in terms of utilities but the owner, Jestine also included basically everything you need in the apartment itself. I really only needed to bring myself and my clothes. The pictures are accurate to how it looks. Jestine also checks in to make sure you're doing okay and you can always let her know if there are any issues and she takes care of it immediately. More owners should be like her. Definitely a top place to stay in the norfolk area.
