Dreamy Casita

I lived in the casita for three months during a nursing travel contract. It was the perfect amount of space for me and my two cats! The landlord already has the casita stocked with basic kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies so I didn’t need to buy anything during my stay. The enclosed parking space and yard are very spacious and there is plenty of privacy from the neighbors living in the front of you. I would definitely rent this space again if I were staying in the area! Between the space, the amazingly sweet landlord and the surrounding area (safe neighborhood), this place is the perfect home away from home for travelers!

Wonderful

I stayed in the basement as a travel nurse. Everything I needed was available to me to live comfortably during my contract. The homeowner was very kind and easy to get in contact with. I’d recommend this to anyone who is a travel nurse or just needs a temporary place to stay for their time in Albuquerque. The location of the house felt safe to me, along with the roommates I had. She sends a cleaning company to clean all shared spaces at the beginning of every month and even sends us cookies from insomnia cookies. I felt very welcomed and accommodated if there were any issues that came up (which were rare). Would recommend over and over again.

great location, walking distance & convenient to a park and the shopping center of nobhill. bus-stop is around the corner & free to the unm hospital. owner is kind, communicative, & receptive. i enjoyed my time here, very quiet & unit is very comfortable/insulated.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable summer stay

I stayed here over the summer for an internship at the national lab. Organizing my stay was super easy. Melanie was very quick to respond and upfront about communicating/what to expect. Moving in and out was quick and simple with the provided furniture. I felt free to interact with my roommates as much or as little as possible. The property felt very safe and with proximity to UNM and the surrounding city there was a lot to do! Can't recommend more as my first FurnishedFinder experience.

I stayed at Melanie's place for 4 weeks and my stay was super comfortable. I was a visiting medical and had to go to UNM hospital at odd hours like 4 am in the morning and her place is at optimum walking distance from it, just 10min. My roommates were super nice and mature individuals, I had my safe space to cook and study. Absolutely recommend it to all individuals looking for a safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay for their visit to Albuquerque.
