This is my second time renting from Alex and Brenda, and I came back for a reason. Their apartments are always neat, quiet, and exactly as advertised. They are incredibly responsive, maintain high standards, and truly care about their guests’ experience. I returned to Yale Hospital for a second time and immediately knew I had to reach out to them again. The price is absolutely worth the space and comfort you receive. The area is quiet, safe, and friendly. Highly recommend staying with them!

Very cozy home

Very comfortable, clean, convenient location. About 10 minutes to Yale New Haven Hospital, and perfect for longer stays. Washer and dryer are nice. Beds are comfortable. Brenda and Alex are great. Really felt like home during my stay.

From the moment I arrived at this beautiful home, I felt completely at ease. The space was even more lovely than the photos warm, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Every little detail was carefully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and the small personal touches that showed just how much care the owners puts into creating a special experience for guests. Also, I felt very safe and also the place is in a very good location where everything is so close and convenient. The owners are so amazing definitely a 10 out of 10 experience highly recommend you to choose this place as a place for you. :) .YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT <3

Clean modern stay

My husband and I (plus our dog) really enjoyed our three month stay here. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had very nice updated amenities that made our daily routine enjoyable. We felt safe in the neighborhood, it was a nice run to the beach and easy drive to work for me at YNHH. Groceries and restaurants close by. We felt right at home! Quick and proactive communication with the landlords. Parking in the provided back drive was great. Would recommend for a couple or two singles

This is a great property close to Yale and downtown New Haven. The best landlords every, very attentive to there tenants. Warm welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Property comes with great amenities not offered in this area. Great bang for your buck!

The best experience you could ask for!

I mean where do i start. Alex and Brenda are the best property owners anyone can ask for. Very accommodating and made this a memorable and favorable experience for a new traveler to a brand new city. They provide an amazing guide on how to get started. They always answered any questions I had and there place was absolutely stunning! Would totally recommend to anyone!

Best Stay

Alex and Brenda were literally my saviors! After a nightmare of a living situation, Alex and Brenda provided me with an opportunity to come and stay at their property. This place is so beautiful and I've never felt more at home. This being a brand new build made my stay much more comfortably. Brenda is an incredible interior designer. She put so many beautiful touches on the property, I am so in love. They are both very patient and responsive, simply GREAT landlords. I'd want them to be my landlord anywhere that I am traveling to. Thanks so much guy and I WILL be returning!

The space blends modern style with practical comfortperfect for busy professionals like myself. The full kitchen, while island-free, has amazing storage and makes cooking easy. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and include TVs, ideal for relaxing after long shifts. Brenda and Alex went above and beyond with personal touches that give the space a warm, boutique feel. Private parking, secure key fob entry, and a pet-friendly policy added so much convenience and peace of mind. Whether you're a traveling nurse, a local healthcare professional, or simply someone looking for a high-quality rental that feels like home, this unit checks all the boxes. Brenda and Alex have truly created something special herecomfort, style, and practicality all in one.

Love it!

Alex and Brenda are exceptional hosts. Theyve gone above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need for a comfortable stay in their unit. I especially appreciate the Nespresso machine as a coffee lover, its a thoughtful touch! The unit offers ample space, including great storage for totes and bins used for moving. Smart TVs are installed throughout, adding to the convenience. Security is a top priority here, and I feel very safe with the alarm system, Ring doorbell, security cameras, and off-street parking. Alex and Brenda are fantastic to work with theyre understanding and fair, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend their units, especially for travel contracts. York and St Raphael Hospital campuses are less than 15 minutes away, and there are grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants all nearby, making this a great, central location.
