Would not recommend to stay here unless you are desperate

I stayed in this property for six weeks. I experienced several major issues. First, there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen. The ants were very visible when the cleaners were there so I can't believe it wasn't already addressed. Second, the water pressure here is terrible. They had a plumber come out but he said the entire place needs to be repiped in order to fix it. Third, this area is a run down area of Tampa, and I did not feel very safe living here. Lastly, I left some sentimental and valuable jewelry in a drawer by accident. I notified the property management two days after check out. They said the cleaners had not arrived yet, but they would have them look. I told them exactly where the jewelry was left. They did not allow me to go to the property to retrieve it before the cleaners came. After the cleaners were there they "did not find" my jewelry. Unbelievable. The only positive thing is that the property management did attempt to fix the issues.
