The apartment was nice and neat. I had to move in on a short time notice and Joshua accompanied that with no problem. Its private and all the other tenants kept to themselves. Any problem I had which was hardly ever was addressed immediately. If I ever come back to Rochester Joshua will be the first person I reach out to so I can find somewhere to stay. Exceptional stay

I had an exceptional stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to any travel nurse or healthcare professional looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay. The home was exactly as described clean, well-maintained, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. The location was very convenient for work, shopping, and commuting, while still being quiet and peaceful after long shifts. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home. The landlord, Josh, was also wonderful, very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. As a travel nurse, finding reliable housing can sometimes be stressful, but this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to other traveling professionals.

Home away from home

My stay at Josh's property exceeded every expectation and truly felt like a home away from home. I was impressed by how spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared the space was. Every detail from the comfortable furnishings to the fully equipped amenities was clearly designed with care and the guests experience in mind. The apartment was very peaceful ans inviting, making it incredibly easy to settle in and relax after long days. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional hospitality by Josh who was absolutely amazing, incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive, always ensuring that I was comfortable and had everything I needed . Overall, this was an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a top-tier stay, and I would absolutely return without hesitation. Spacious & cozy

I stayed here on the main floor for about 7 months as a travel nurse, best rental so far I encountered in Rochester. Spacious space, very big kitchen, decorated to be very cozy and homely. Josh is a great host, helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again if I come back to Rochester.

Amazing rental

I stayed here for a month during an away rotation for med school. I arrived with everything very clean, as well as extra toiletries. It is a very cozy apartment. The area is wonderful and everything you'll need or want to explore is close by.

Travel worker lodging

A true 5 star stay. All freshly remodeled and furnished. Clean, cozy, quiet. Onsite washer/dryer. Even comes with pots,pans, utensils, silverware, and dinner ware. Safe parking, quiet neighborhood. Josh is super responsive, and kind. Could not recommend more.

I'd like to start by saying Josh, the host, is a 10/10 host. He is accommodating, kind and goes above/beyond. The place is cozy, clean, fully stocked, even down to toilet paper, dish soap..you name it, its there. If I had anything to discuss, it would be addressed immediately. This felt like a home away from home and it was just what I needed. My stay at Josh's place was 10/10, and I highly recommend.

Travel Nurse Stay

I needed a place to stay while I was on my travel nurse assignment with very short notice, Josh was able to accommodate me. He made sure the apartment had all the necessary stuff and periodically checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. Everything was clean upon moving in. I would 100% stay there again. Amazing stay away from home

First off let me just say Joshua is an awesome person... genuine, cool and all around great guy. I had an amazing stay at his location.. it's secure, quiet and offers all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. He's a phone call away and their is a washing dryers downstairs for those that are worry about Keeping your clothes clean. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family... don't hesitate... book it!
