Studio Suite

I really enjoyed my one-year stay at the Studio Suite. The suite had everything I needed to feel at home. I appreciated having a dedicated parking spot and a washer/dryer, which made my long-term stay more comfortable and convenient. Melissa and Ray were also kind, helpful, and available whenever I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my time & would absolutely stay here again if I return to LA.

Superb Stay!

Melissa and her family have been such a pleasure to rent from. The location itself is super convenient: easy access to tons of very nice restaurants in Old Torrance, supermarkets, and the 110 Highway (also in a small pocket with not that much traffic). The property is also incredibly nice! In general, you'll be very safe/secure: you have a full sized fence around the entire property, and it takes 2 gates to access the unit (1 electronic gate, 1 manual gate w/ 2 locks). You have a dedicated parking spot in the back that keeps your car safe. Inside, it's a very nice little Studio: the bathroom is incredibly spacious and it's well furnished. Melissa has provided a lot of starting amenities that will keep you well-stocked for up to 2 months! Her responses to any issues that may arise (heating, clogged pipes) is also extremely quick. I can highly recommend staying here!
