0/5 actually Renters beware
The home was nice; Angie however is interesting. What to expect? A passive aggressive/type A landlord that invades your space at least monthly and potential lead in the home (letter from city received). Do not expect getting your deposit back, timely responses and copies of the signed lease. There is a Chiminea in the photos and after the 2nd use, it exploded due to posterior crack in the base and crack near the opening. We offered to repair/replace and she wouldn't allow outdoor fires after that; yet somehow, I still ended up paying for the thing. The internet didn't work consistently the last 2 months we were there. we had to utilize a free trial from T mobile the last 2 weeks so I could get my next assignment work completed. The home was cleaned and disinfected prior to us leaving and we still paid a $200 cleaning fee. Photos to prove home was pristine. Charged for items she couldn't find in the home like hangers (left in the closets) It took 2 weeks to get $465.65/$1000 back
