Hello and welcome. This is a very large property that feels like a resort. Privacy fencing around perimeter adds to the security. Its like a private oasis! The unit opens onto a charming courtyard where youre likely to encounter my other friendly tenants. Roaming peacocks add to the laid back atmosphere. Ive been upgrading this property for 20 years now, adding orchids and palms that are now huge. Come and stay a while.

Newly renovated and decorated apartment. Good closet space, A/C and ceiling fan keeps it nice and cool. We have a gorgeous pool and many places to sit/relax in different areas of the property. Laundry room is close. Property is large and feels like a resort. This unit is for one person only.
Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is called South Middle River and is well placed between Wilton Manors and downtown Fort Lauderdale. 10 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the Wilton Manors nightlife. 7 minutes to I95.

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommend!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay here from April through July and highly recommend this property. The efficiency unit was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The property is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, with beautiful peacocks roaming around that make it feel truly unique and tranquil. The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need while still feeling like a private retreat. The landlord is absolutely amazing: kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his tenants. The neighbors were also friendly and respectful, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. This was one of the best Furnished Finder rentals I've experienced, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress free place to stay!
