Great location and perfect landlords

I was working as a contract employee in the area and needed a comfortable short-term place to stay close to the job site. I came across this home with a full basement apartment and reached out to Ana. She made the process incredibly easy, so I booked it sight unseen. When I arrived, the apartment was perfect - exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean, comfortable, and move-in ready. During my stay, the landlords were responsive and took care of everything with zero issues. The other tenants were quiet and respectful, basically like friendly ghosts - we only texted when needed. The location was ideal too. It was easy to get around, and the surrounding towns offered plenty of options for shopping, fast food, great restaurants, pubs, and even wineries. All in all, it was one of the best short-term stays I've had. I genuinely hated to leave!

I enjoyed my stay at Mullet House. The convenient location, clean and spacious living area, safe neighborhood and scenic views are all reasons I would stay here again, and recommend the property to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here during my clinical rotation. Spacious, private, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Ana and Darrell were super helpful and excellent hosts. They are very responsive to your needs. Highly recommend!

My favorite thing about this property is the gorgeous backyard with views of the rolling hills while having a fire on the patio or taking advantage of the hot tub! This unit is perfect for 1 person- spacious and cozy, appliances and furniture are clean and new, friendly neighbors too. Overall, the Mullet House provided me with a great transition as I was in the process of moving to the Staunton area.

A hidden gem!

Extremely cozy and retreat-like unit overlooking the mountains is a fantastic place to stay when you're in town and looking for some peace and quiet. Spacious, private, and very clean also. The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit has everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free visit. Safe neighborhood, peaceful neighbors, and close to major stores and restaurants as well. Ana and Darrell have been amazing hosts; very warm, attentive, and quick to respond if you have any need that may arise. They are very easy to communicate with and all-around wonderful people, who have made my stay that much more enjoyable. Great overall experience and great value for the price, too. I highly recommend!
