A Great Stay!
We loved being just a few blocks away from the heart of Little Italy. We didn't have to hear the 24hr noise that you'd get if you stayed any closer, but it was such a short walk to the fun! We LOVED the farmers market every saturday morning. The building was fantastic - great amenities and great neighbors. This sounds like a weird thing to plug, but the elevators were always running smoothly and felt very safe! This was a great place for our family with a toddler and a dog, but honestly I would recommend it to anyone! The price felt steep to us at first, but when you whittle it down with the covered utility bills, it's actually pretty reasonable. Loved the walkability to literally anything you might need, and most things nearby are open very late! The cherry on top is the landlord. He is as pleasant and helpful as a landlord could be. He never made me feel bad if I reached out with questions or requests.
