Our family stayed at this property for a period of time. The home is in a nice area and has some attractive features; however, our experience was challenging. The house contained many personal items and décor, and several cabinets were locked. We had access to only one full-size closet, which limited storage space and made it difficult to settle in. The backyard was beautiful, though we did experience a significant amount of insects. We obtained independent environmental testing that indicated elevated levels of aspergillus/penicillium mold. Due to health concerns and mold sensitivity, we chose to end our stay early. We notified the landlord, but scheduled inspections and maintenance visits did not occur as planned. We also experienced communication difficulties during our stay. Overall, while the property may suit others, it did not meet our needs.
