Great spot
Stayed here for 7 months and loved it. It's a great space in the perfect area, close to so many things and always felt safe. No issues with neighbors or noise. Bed is comfy, water pressure is top notch. Having 2 pools is great, the jacuzzi was broke while I was there though. Mailbox issue was fixed, so there is access to that and USPS packages able to be delivered. Mike is super responsive and reasonable when things come up. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Phoenix!

Very nice
This is a very nice, clean, safe property. Mike is very easy to deal with and responded quickly any time we had a question. Pools were too cold to get in when we were there but we did enjoy laying around them. My only con would be that there is no access to the mailbox. We rented a PO Box. Fortunately, Amazon delivered to the door. I would definitely rent from Mike again if the need were to arise.
