West Ashley Studio w Laundry and Yard on Golf Course

Believe the reviews!

Fantastic apartment in a safe, quiet golf community. Lindsey and Ellie (her pup) were top notch hosts. I enjoyed my stay very much. I highly recommend.

Great place!

Wow! What an amazing place to spend my summer! Our host went above and beyond during our stay. This studio offers a quiet, calm, and safe place to stay. I could not have asked for a better landlord!

Amazing!

Lindsey is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Anything we needed was available to us. She is a fantastic host! I would recommend anyone needing a place to stay in West Ashley to check this place out!

Considerate and kind

Lindsey was so easy to talk to, very kind, and extremely supportive! Although I didnt get to experience staying in her beautiful apartment, I would not hesitate to recommend this space. Having a trustworthy landlord is so important and Lindsey is a perfect example of this.

Peaceful and beautiful!

I recently stayed at this simply charming studio apartment located on a beautiful golf course and it was an absolute delight. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene, quiet atmosphere and the lush, green views of the course just beyond your back yard. The private entrance made the stay feel incredibly independent and peaceful, providing the perfect level of privacy I needed for my stay. The studio itself was thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist style, featuring everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was cozy yet functional, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and tasteful decor. What truly stood out was the location. The golf course setting created a calming backdrop to my mornings and evenings, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere away from the bustle of downtown Charleston, but still close enough for an easy drive into the historic district, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat in Charleston with the bonus of beautiful views and a private entrance. Its the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. Not to mention, the owner of the property is a truly rare delight in the madness of trying to find a decent place to stay in the area. Id definitely return!

Clean, homey efficiency in a quiet golf course community

I stayed at this beautiful apartment in a golf community. The efficiency is quiet and at the end of a cul de sac.The apartment was very nice, and I appreciated the shared laundry and private entrance. When I walked the dog in the morning so many people were friendly. I felt like I had a home away from home. Overall I spent a lot of time out and about but it was nice to have a private safe space when I was at home. Linsdey the homeowner and her adorable dog Ellie were great hosts and she pointed me to here favorite places in the city but she left us to ourselves unless we asked for help. If you want a comfortable temporary home I can't recommend the apartment enough.
