Awesome place in the heart of it all

Frank & Agnieszka's Honolulu condo is fantastic, and they, along with their agent, Jocko, are top-rate! Though in Waikiki, it’s tucked into a quiet corner that feels like a genuine residential neighborhood. We loved the community vibe, with a grocery store, post office, remote work hub, and family-run eateries right next door. It feels far less touristy than typical Waikiki. The condo boasts incredible, open ocean views and a spectacular sight of Diamond Head from the lanai and primary bedroom that photos don't do justice. The city lights and Friday night fireworks are also amazing. It’s superbly outfitted, making it feel like home rather than a rental: adjustable beds, blazing-fast WiFi, HD TVs, a great workspace, a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, a modern washer/dryer, and plenty of beach and recreation gear. Plus, access to the rest of Honolulu and O'ahu is super easy from here!

Great Stay

We stayed at this condo for six months while transitioning and searching for a long term place to live in Hawaii, and it was a good experience from start to finish. The location is an ideal spot on the edge of Waikiki, within a 15 minute walk to the beach. Also, within a couple of miles, there is a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself is updated, modern, clean, and comfortable. The building has a nice pool that we enjoyed during our stay. Our own cover parking spot was also a plus. Jocko, who helped manage the property, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was always prompt, responsive, and proactive about taking care of anything we needed, and we even built a great relationship with him now that we’re on island. His hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. We genuinely enjoyed our six months here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located stay in Honolulu.

Spacious, well renovated apartment with well equipped kitchen and everything else you need for a longer stay. Hands down the best deal we found after searching for weeks l. Grab it if it is available :)

Convenient / Outstanding Views / Highly Recommended!

My wife and I stayed at Frank's condo for a month, and everything was excellent. The condo is fully furnished, clean, modern, and well-stocked with new appliances. The views of Diamondhead and the ocean are breathtaking, and the large lanai is perfect for meals, work, and enjoying sunrises, sunsets, and Friday night fireworks. The tradewind breezes and fans kept the condo comfortable, but the AC is also a nice touch. The building is well-maintained with secure entry, quick elevators, and great amenities like a pool, exercise room, grills, and storage unit. The location in Waikiki is convenient, and reserved parking is a bonus. Jocko, the property manager, was helpful and communicative. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo, Uncle Frank!
