This was an absolutely amazing stay. From the quaint neighborhood perfectly designed space to the friendly Landlord's. This ADU has everything that you would need from a full kitchen, equipped with all cookware, an INSANELY comfortable bed, cute living room, to an efficient washer dryer unit in the bathroom. It might seem small, but it was designed perfectly to give you everything you need and more. Safe and beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors who have kumquat trees and more than enough to share! Ample parking space all over the street. I very much enjoyed my stay. I would come back anytime I need a spot.

Thoughtfully designed and perfectly located

This property is located in a quiet, desirable area of Long Beach that is conveniently close to everything, from restaurants and cafes to grocery stores. The space is exceptionally clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every square foot of the studio. The attention to detail and tasteful design touches throughout create a warm, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Ryan and Janie are outstanding hosts. Accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this property. I would gladly stay here again.
