I loved staying here as a mid-term rental. The kitchen was fully furnished, making it easy to cook at home. The backyard was a highlight because of the a relaxing sauna and a beautiful mural. Inside, everything was very clean and well-kept. The wifi was strong, and the designated work area was perfect for getting things done remotely. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, Fred, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Great remote work spot in quiet neighborhood

Stayed here while evaluating Denver as a potential place to move. This ended up working out great! There's plenty of parking a short 2 minute walk down the road but Fred was kind enough to let us use the driveway if we ever needed to load/unload a full car. The space itself is pretty spacious and has a full kitchen. I didn't really use it all that much because there's a Mexican restaurant literally next door and the main "LoHi" area maybe a 10-15 minute walk away. Chatted with Fred a couple of times and he had a bunch of good recs for cocktail spots around Denver. Didn't take a speed test but the Internet was fast enough to take meetings and watch Netflix at 4k. There was a dedicated work/desk area with a real chair not in a bedroom which was nice too.
