The condo is located on a tree lined street that overlooks a pretty green space across the way. I do have an outside balcony with seating for morning coffee or an evening cocktail or just simply to enjoy the fresh air and a good book. All the rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture. I will rent the rooms separately for $1200 per room or the entire space for $2400.
