Garden-View West Seattle Apartment (Brand New)

Comfortable and Inviting - with a View!

Tyler and Jordan made the transition easy - detailed instructions and apartment details before we arrived. Super-clean. Immediately thrilled with the light and view. Toasty in cold weather and surprisingly cool during in warm summer. Fresh, newer: has everything you need - kitchen, bathroom, and very comfortable king bed. Open-floor - center island with seating in kitchen. Gorgeous floral front garden patio at the end of the day - mountain range above Puget Sound, sunsets. Bluestone deck w/ large umbrella is a shared area, but owners generally used their larger back yard. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, coffee places, etc. close by. Appliances newer - great washer/dryer. Plenty of storage/cabinet space - walk in/thru closet. Dry - no mold or residue in any sinks, showers, etc. Large TV is great, as is the area - walks and exploring West Seattle. Owners were welcoming. We will be staying here again later in the year - and look forward to being back! Andy S.

One of the best views in West Seattle!

I had such as wonderful two-month stay in this apartment. Jordan and Tyler were kind and communicative hosts, happy to assist with my special requests but careful to ensure my privacy. The space itself felt roomy, even when two of my friends joined me for a weekend. It was clean, comfortable and carefully furnished with all items a long-term tenant might need. When I had a few suggestions for myself and future tenants, my hosts quickly added those as well. The bed and bedding, sofa and TV were great. But my favorite thing about the apartment was the view! It had to be one of the best in West Seattle. I spent several hours reading and sipping coffee in one of the Adirondack chairs, just taking it all in. So relaxing. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property and would happily return if I'm back in the area.

SAD TO LEAVE

My husband and I rented this space for 5 months, and we 100% recommend it! The hosts, Jordan and Tyler, are fantastic - kind, professional, and great communicators. The basement unit is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, a comfy King-size bed, pullout sofa, great closet, and nice appliances. It's both spacious and cozy, with everything you need! Street parking was always easy for our two cars. The location is perfect - an adorable, walkable neighborhood near Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, LA Fitness, and California Ave (coffee shops, bars, and restaurants). It's also just a short drive to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful brand new, spacious suite + awesome landlords

Had a fantastic stay at this furnished suite in West Seattle for most of February. The location is perfectquiet, safe, and close to everything. The suite itself is stunningbrand new, bright, modern, and spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for great rest. The landlords were wonderfulvery responsive, helpful, and flexible, making the entire experience seamless. If youre looking for a beautiful, well-located, and comfy place to stay in West Seattle, I highly recommend this one! Would definitely return!
